Experience
Cloud / DevOps Engineer
Partner with developers and testers to streamline highly secure continuous integration and continuous delivery/deployment (CI/CD) process. Construct Jenkins pipelines to package and build applications into Docker images. Generalize parallel pipelines by streamlining and automating shell script executions. House Docker images and Maven artifacts in repositories on Nexus volumes with Elastic Block Storage (EBS) on AWS. Oversee systems and services on AWS Cloud platform, including AWS Virtual Private Cloud and site-to-site VPNs. Deployment of common AWS technologies like VPC, RDS, S3, EBS etc using Terraform and Cloudformation. Monitor real-time development, testing, and production environments with Loki, Grafana, and Prometheus. Documenting runbooks and architecture diagrams for easy knowledge sharing and tracking. Configure and deliver bare-metal on-premises infrastructure including Kubernetes cluster and product stack installation for clients. When forced indoors, I follow a number of sci-fi and fantasy genre movies and television shows, I am an aspiring chef, and I spend a large amount of my free time exploring the latest technology advancements in Automation, Cloud and DevOps world.
